Pensa em voltar para o Brasil?
Não falo nunca. Sou igual aquele samba que diz deixa a vida
me levar. Vou muito pelo momento. Sou muito dinâmica,
resiliente, me adapto fácil à adversidade, obstáculos e me vejo
no Brasil sim. Aqui é onde nasci, fui criada e tenho minhas
aparecer algo que me prenda aqui, fico numa boa.
hoje existem muitas influencers.
Meu
trabalho funciona porque sempre coloco o outro à frente.
antigamente. Me permito
comer mais coisas, eu
vivo, tenho uma vida
mais equilibrada”
É vaidosa?
Depende do contexto. Gosto de me sentir bonita. Tem dias
que sou extramente estrambelhada relaxada. E tem dias que
acordo querendo usar roupa nova me maquiar. Teve uma épolove
that God has for us. We find genuine altruism when
we have a child. I became very close to God, my spirituality
rose immensely.
Is it possible to educate a child to eat properly from the
time that they are little?
It is possible and it is the duty of parents to provide this
base, respecting each phase. There’s no point in wanting to
teach to Vicky what is carbohydrate and protein, she won’t
understand because she is very small. I can’t deprive her of
being a kid eating chocolate, sucking on a lollipop, having
an ice cream cone, but I have to teach limits. There are
things that I will never give her, like soft drinks, but a sweet
once in a while, I don’t see a problem, since she also eats
the healthy stuff. Now at two, she’s far more selective, she
already knows colors, textures, but takes everything very
lightly. Today, my strategy is the following: I take a baby
doll she has and start pretending that I am a Princess and
ask for her for something to eat, to me, as myself, she says
no, as a Princess, it’s ok with her. Each parent has to use the
psychology that works with their child.
Do you ever think about moving back to Brazil?
I never talk about it. I’m like that samba song that says let life
take me wherever it goes. I’m very into the moment. I’m very
dynamic, resilient, and easily accept adversity and obstacles,
and I can see myself in Brazil, yes. I was born here, I was
raised here and I have my roots here. I like to live abroad
due to the safety issue, but I can see myself living in Brazil.
I don’t have any plans, but if something comes up to keep
me here, I’m alright with that.
Do you have any professional plans for this year?
The launch of my book, but I can’t give out any spoilers yet.
It’s going to be a surprise. I already have some 15 lectures
scheduled. There is coaching, which I do a lot on social
networks, but speaking is more profound. It is a time for
reflection. I love to speak and have this human contact.
You started at a time when there wasn’t much competition,
today there are many influencers. How do you feel about
this?
What saddens me is that there are a lot of people just getting
into this for opportunism, for money. This is very sad because
I think people have to have a purpose. Everything, where
we put our own ego in the forefront, doesn’t work. My job
works because I always put the other person in the forefront.
An example, I clearly see that there are people that do the
same thing as I do and accept all kind of business proposals
that come up. They post bad products that they do not use
and do not believe in, without thinking about the other
side that has people who came to believe in the product;
they are going to buy that product believing in what is said
