“Muitas vezes o manual de instruções ficava com o responsável
pela compra, dentro do escritório, e quem mais precisava não
tinha as informações ao seu alcance”, relata Viviane sobre os
pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença
Milton Watanabe salienta que a empresa trabalha com foco
no futuro, e já faz investimentos que passam pelas práticas de ESG
(Ambiente, Social e Governança, em inglês). A primeira decisão
tomada foi a instalação de painéis solares para a alimentação
energética da fábrica e também de um grupo gerador, para cobrir
quedas de energia. “Durante o dia funcionamos 100% com
energia solar e estamos protegidos contra qualquer situação que
pode interromper a fabricação das máquinas”, comemora Milton.
O diretor destaca que nos anos de 2020 e 2021, apesar da pandemia,
a empresa teve um grande salto, devido ao crescimento
da exportação de commodities. “Isso não traz comodidade para
o trabalho, mas sim novas oportunidades e possibilidades, como
os novos equipamentos que estamos desenvolvendo e chegarão
ao mercado ainda este ano”, detalha Milton.
No setor florestal a Watanabe vê na grande demanda trazida
pelo desenvolvimento do setor uma possibilidade de expandir
suas atividades. “Já temos a Thor, dedicada a trituração de galhadas
e tocos, e logo teremos novos equipamentos para suprir
as necessidades que venham a surgir no mercado florestal”,
planeja Milton.

Watanabe Managing Director points out that the Company
works with a focus on the future, and is already making investments
in ESG practices (Environment, Social, and Governance).
The first decision was to install solar panels for the plant’s power
supply and also a generator set to cover power outages. “During
the day we operate 100% with solar energy and are protected
against any situation that can disrupt the manufacture of the
machines,” the Director celebrates.
The Watanabe Managing Director goes on to point out that
in the years 2020 and 2021, despite the Pandemic, the Company
had a leap in sales due to the growth of commodity exports.
“This does not make work easier, but offers new opportunities
and possibilities, such as the new equipment we are developing
that will reach the market later this year,” the Director details.
In the Forestry Sector, Watanabe sees a possibility to expand
its activities from the greatly increased demand caused by the
development of the Sector. “We already have the Thor, dedicated
to the grinding of branches and stumps, and soon we will have a
new equipment line to meet all the needs that arise in the forest
market,” plans the Watanabe Managing Director.
