Spezialgebieten wie z.B. HNO;

bei gleichzeitig starker Abhängigkeit von schwindenden
Diamantenvorkommen;
wirtschaftliche Lage des Landes durch monatelangen
Streik im Jahre 2011 geschwächt.

Schrumpfende und spirituell verunsicherte lutherische
Gemeinden bei gleichzeitigem Anwachsen
pfingstlerischer Bewegungen und Kirchen;
starke interne Spannungen in der ELCB;
anhaltender Finanzdruck in der ELCSA-BD;
nach wie vor existieren in Botswana zwei luth. Kirchen
nebeneinander.
Ehepaar Keding
Aufbau und Begleitung von Gemeinde in der Stadt
mit Schwerpunkt auf Befähigung zu einem zeitgemässen,
aufgeklärten und kontextuell relevanten
Christsein unter Mitgliedern der ELCSA auf lokaler
Ebene (Natascha Keding).
Befähigung von MultiplikatorInnen (LaienpredigerInnen)
aus ELCSA-BD im Bereich der identitätsstiftenden
christlichen Bildung auf Diözesanebene
(Volker Keding).
Befähigung von MultiplikatorInnen zu einem theologischen
Grundverständnis von sozialdiakonischer
Arbeit der Kirche (prophetische Diakonie) durch Mitarbeit
im Kooperationsprojekt LUDIBO. Als Nebeneffekt
auch Vermittlung vom Versöhnungsgedanken
unter den strukturell gespaltenen kirchlichen
Trägern des Projektes (Natascha u. Volker Keding).
Langfristige Begleitung der hochwertigen medizinischen
und seelsorgerlichen Arbeit am BLH durch
Mitarbeit in den Leitungsgremien des BLH (Bösemann,
Schildknecht).

inadequate medical services at government hospitals
especially in specialized fields such as ENT;
Insufficient diversification of the economic sector
combined with strong dependence on diminishing
diamond deposits; in 2011 the economic situation
was weakened by a strike lasting several months.
The Lutheran congregations are shrinking and
spiritually unsecure while Pentecostal movements
and churches are growing; strong internal tensions
within the ELCB; continuing financial pressure on
the ELC-BD; continuing parallel presence of two
Lutheran churches in Botswana.

Developing and accompanying ELCSA city congregations
with the aim of enabling the members to
live an enlightened and contextual relevant Christian
life.

Enabling multiplicators (lay preachers) from ELCSA-
BD by offering a Christian education capable of
creating identity (Volker Keding).
Enabling multiplicators to achieve a theological
understanding of the churches diaconal social work
(prophetic diaconia) by cooperating in the joint
project LUDIBO. As a side effect this cooperation
conveys the thought of reconciliation among the
structurally separated carriers of the project.
Longterm accompaniement oft he high quality
medical and counseling work by cooperating in the
governing bodies of BLH (Bösemann, Schildknecht).
Qualified monitoring and evaluation of the administration
of BLH through the internal auditor
(Schildknecht).
Qualified monitoring and evaluation of the finances
of the diaconal social joint project LUDIBO by assisting
the internal auditing (Schildknecht).
Working towards a new legal structure for BLH.
