Prices may be higher than the price printed on the ticket; CTS eventim charges an
additional booking fee per ticket at its advance booking offices.

Fixed postage rate

Concessions

tickets in the top price category for all events, excursions, benefit concerts,
open-air events in the Galgenberg Gorge or at concert box-offices.

General remarks
No return or exchange of paid-up tickets.
In the case of the onset of rain during open-air events in the Galgenberg Gorge, the
concert will be either interrupted or curtailed. Relocation to another venue is not
possible. Should an event have begun and have to be curtailed, there can be no
guarantee of replacement. In the case of complete cancellation of an event, the ticket
price (excluding system and handling fees) will be reimbursed within one month upon
presentation of the ticket(s).
Remaining tickets will be sold one hour prior to the event with no reductions, no

Individual concerts will be recorded for radio and/or television or broadcast live which
may cause some interference during the events. This does not entitle visitors to return
their tickets. In the case of recordings for television, ticket holders give their consent to
their possibly being shown in the broadcast. Sound, photo, film and video recording is
prohibited, even for private use. Please remember to switch off your mobile
phoneduring concerts.
Holders of tickets in the lower price ranges may have a poor view, especially in the
churches.
