GOTTHARD RESIDENCES
Die rund 100 Residences sind
dem Hotel angeschlossen,
wodurch Käufer die Freiheit
einer eigenen Wohnung geniessen
und gleichzeitig von
Hoteldienstleistungen und
-infrastrukturen profitieren
können. Sie haben die Möglichkeit,
ihre Wohnung über das
Hotel zu vermieten. Auf neun
Etagen gibt es sowohl kleinere
Einheiten als auch grosse
Apartments und luxuriöse
Penthouses. Die Preise liegen
ab CHF 450‘000.
The Gotthard Residences are
attached to the hotel, allowing
residents to enjoy the freedom of
their own apartment while benefiting
from the hotel services and
infrastructures. They can also rent
out their apartments through
the hotel. The nine storeys consist
of smaller and larger apartments
and luxury penthouses.

Wer nach Andermatt kommt, dem präsentiert
sich erst mal ein ganzer Trupp von Baukränen.
Zwischen dem Kreisverkehr am Ortseingang und
den Apartmenthäusern im neuen Tourismusresort
wird intensiv gebaut. Drei Projekte werden in
diesem Sommer realisiert: ganz hinten drei neue
Apartmenthäuser mit Ferienwohnungen. Ganz
vorne zwei neue Brücken, die den Verkehr direkt
vom Kreisverkehr hinunter zum Tourismusresort
bringen. Dazwischen auf der linken Seite das
Gebäude mit dem Hallenbad und den gut 100 Gotthard
Residences. Und rechts das neue Viersternehotel
mit 180 Zimmern, Konferenzteil und Konzertsaal.
Die Bauarbeiten gehen rasch voran, bei jedem
Besuch wird sich das Panorama anders präsentieren.

Residences liegt beim Joint Venture Partner BESIX.
Building cranes dot the horizon when you arrive
in Andermatt. Intensive building activity is afoot
between the roundabout at the start of the village
and the apartment houses in the new holiday
resort. Three projects are under way this summer,
including three new houses with holiday apartments
at the far end of the resort. In the foreground,
two new bridges bringing holidaymakers
directly from the roundabout to the resort.
Between the two on the left hand side, the building
with an indoor pool and around 100 Gotthard
Residences. On the right, the new four-star hotel
with 180 rooms, conference complex and concert
hall. Building is progressing at high speed, the
panorama changing with every visit. Joint venture
partner BESIX is in charge of the hotel and Gotthard
Residences construction site.
