Workshop Business English<br />

The international business world communicates<br />
in English. Written communication<br />
concerning the daily routine tasks is<br />
not really an issue - due to a lot of translation<br />
programmes - however, a careful<br />
choice of 'the right words' is essential.<br />
Oral communication (e.g. face-to-face,<br />
on the phone, in video conferences etc.)<br />
might cause difficulties - this is where<br />
this workshop will support you. We would<br />
like to focus on the oral communication<br />
in all its facets, also seeing some accents<br />
and some aspects of the 'appropriate'<br />
language level. We would train 'small<br />
talk', telephoning, complaint management,<br />
project management, negotiating,<br />
presenting charts etc. Another topic<br />
is more complex written communication,<br />
e.g. reports, detailed quotations, procedures,<br />
regulations etc. If you would like to<br />
spend a part of your weekend training<br />

revise some grammar aspects to feel<br />
more confident about speaking. At the<br />
same time we have a lot of fun, so just<br />
