LEITLINIEN ZU DIAGNOSTIK, THERAPIE UND METAPHYLAXE DER UROLITHIASIS
Das Nieren-Szintigramm mit Bestimmung der MAG-3-clearance bestimmt die glomeruläre und
tubuläre Nierenfunktion unabhängig von der Obstruktion der ableitenden Harnwege (Vorteil
gegenüber Urogramm und Bestimmung von Serum-Kreatinin bzw. -Harnstoff). Als Sequenz-
Szintigramm mit Furosemid-Gabe kann zusätzlich der Grad der Obstruktion quantifiziert
werden. Aufgrund der fehlenden Strahlenbelastung wird es bei Kindern in der Akut-Diagnostik
der Harnsteinabklärung eingetzt Literatur] [evidence level V]..
