How much do
you know about
trucking? MAN
ProfiDrive trainer
Franz Schnitzbauer
puts you to the test!
0 to 5 points:
We admit our questions weren’t exactly easy, but if you want to be a
really good driver, you have to know this stuff. How about attending a
ProfiDrive training course? That way you can acquire the knowledge
you need while also fulfilling your obligations with regard to the
Driver CPC Directive, which requires drivers to complete 35 hours of
training every five years.
5 to 15 points:
Not bad, but you still need to fill in the gaps in your knowledge. The
law states that you have to prove you have completed five sevenhour
days of training by 2014. An ideal excuse to take a ProfiDrive
training course and brush up on your knowledge!
15 to 25 points:
Congratulations! Your score puts you up there with the pros. You’re
not just an ace at the wheel, you know the theory too. However, the
law does not take existing knowledge into account and requires all
drivers to complete five seven-hour days of additional training by
2014. But let’s face it, nobody’s perfect and there’s probably still
something you could learn from a ProfiDrive trainer.
