ЧКВ и возникновения проксимальных стенозов,
стеноза ствола ЛКА, рестеноза стента было проведено
успешно технически сложное коронарное
вмешательство из-за невозможности проведения
реваскуляризации без выполнения коронарной
эндартерэктомии ввиду тотального атеросклеротического
поражения ПКА и ПНА с вовлечением в
стенозирующий процесс стентов.
