ЧКВ и возникновения проксимальных стенозов,<br />

стеноза ствола ЛКА, рестеноза стента было проведено<br />

успешно технически сложное коронарное<br />

вмешательство из-за невозможности проведения<br />

реваскуляризации без выполнения коронарной<br />

эндартерэктомии ввиду тотального атеросклеротического<br />

поражения ПКА и ПНА с вовлечением в<br />

стенозирующий процесс стентов.<br />
