Interventions examined<br />

Subjects were exposed to HBOT in different ways in each of the eight identified studies<br />

(Table 15). For instance, all studies that stated exposure pressures declared pressures<br />

between 2.0 ATA and 3.0 ATA, but these pressures were not standardised across studies.<br />

They ranged from 2 ATA41,45 to 2.4 ATA39 to 2.5 ATA43 to 2.8 ATA. 40 In three studies,<br />

exposure pressure was not stated. 38, 42, 44<br />
