tangible adj. material, real, physical, corporeal, bodily, somatic,<br />

solid, concrete, touchable, tactile, manifest, palpable,<br />

evident, actual, substantial, visible, seeable, discernible,<br />

perceptible, ponderable, objective, ostensive: Leaving aside<br />

intangibles like taste, smell, and colour, the important<br />

tangible characteristic of food is texture.<br />

tangle n. 1 confusion, knot, gnarl, mesh, snarl, twist, kink,<br />

entanglement, jam, snag, jumble, mess, skein, web, coil: It<br />
