LIM HOCK LENG<br />
Managing Director<br />
Appointed: 10 November 2010<br />
Mr Lim Hock Leng is our Managing Director and<br />
is responsible for overseeing our operations and<br />
developing our business in alignment with consumer<br />
preferences and consumption patterns. Mr. Lim<br />
also manages our day-to-day operations, including<br />
overseeing various aspects of the seafood business<br />
of our grocery retailing business, such as selection,<br />
supply, storage and quality control. Mr Lim was one of the founding shareholders of C M M Marketing<br />
Management Pte Ltd. He has been a director since 1994, and has been instrumental in our Group’s growth.<br />
Mr Lim has more than 17 years of experience in grocery retailing. Prior to founding our Group, Mr Lim was<br />
employed in his family’s hog rearing business.<br />
TAN LING SAN<br />

Appointed: 22 June <strong>2011</strong><br />
Mr Tan Ling San is our Executive Director and is<br />
responsible for administration and implementation of<br />
our Group’s policies and strategies, and evaluating new<br />
growth areas for our business. Mr Tan spearheaded<br />
the restructuring of our Group and oversaw the<br />
expansion of our store network. Prior to joining our<br />
Group in 2006, he founded and served as the executive chairman of PSC Corporation (formerly known as<br />
Provisions Suppliers Corporation Limited), a company currently listed on the SGX-ST and engaged in, inter<br />
alia, the supply of consumer essentials through its chain of Econ Minimart stores (as they were then known)<br />
(“PSC Corporation”). Mr Tan has more than 41 years of experience in grocery retailing.<br />
Between 1984 and 1988, Mr Tan was a director of Fu Ye Chemicals Pte Ltd (“Fu Ye”), and between 1982 and<br />
1984, Mr Tan was a director of Top Commerce (Asia) Trading Pte Ltd (“Top Commerce”). Fu Ye was engaged<br />
in the manufacture of soap, detergents, washing and other cleaning preparations, and Top Commerce was<br />
engaged in general wholesale trade. Both of these companies were suppliers to PSC Corporation.<br />
