and financial processes. Mr Jong joined Deloitte & Touche in 2002 as a manager and led audit engagements<br />
in various companies, assisting companies with, inter alia, initial public offerings and due diligence reviews in<br />
connection with proposed mergers and acquisitions. Mr Jong graduated from Nanyang Technological University<br />
in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Hons) and is a Certified Public Accountant and non-practising<br />
member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).<br />
FRANCIS LEE FOOK WAH<br />

Mr Francis Lee Fook Wah is our Independent Director.<br />
Mr Lee is currently the director of Wise Alliance<br />
Investments Ltd, where he manages and oversees<br />
investment portfolios. Previously, between 2005<br />
and <strong>2011</strong>, Mr Lee served as an executive director,<br />
finance director and chief financial officer of Man Wah<br />
Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong<br />
Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for the overall accounting functions of the company and matters<br />
relating to its corporate regulatory compliance and reporting. Mr Lee began his career in 1990 in the Commercial<br />
Crime Division of the Criminal Investigation Department, where he served as a senior investigation officer. In<br />
1993, he joined OCBC Bank as an assistant manager conducting credit analyses. Between 1994 and 2001,<br />
he worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Securities as a dealer’s representative managing clients’ investment<br />
portfolios. Mr Lee served at the Singapore branch of the Bank of China between 2001 and 2004 as an assistant<br />
manager overseeing a team of credit officers. Between 2004 and 2005, he worked at AP Oil International<br />
Ltd as an investment and project manager, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and was also<br />
tasked with overseeing its overall credit policy. Mr Lee graduated from The National University of Singapore<br />
with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 1990 and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration<br />
(Investment and Finance) from The University of Hull in 1993. Mr Lee is a Certified Public Accountant and<br />
a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He is also a<br />
member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.<br />
LEE TECK LENG, ROBSON<br />

Mr Lee Teck Leng, Robson is our Non-executive<br />
Director. Mr Lee is currently a partner in Shook Lin &<br />
Bok LLP’s corporate finance and international finance<br />
practice and has been with the firm since 1994. Mr.<br />
Lee is also a partner in the firm’s China practice,<br />
focusing on cross-border corporate transactions in<br />
the PRC. In addition, Mr Lee currently serves as an<br />
independent director on the boards of Best World International Ltd (appointed in 2004), Matex International<br />
Ltd (appointed in 2006), Serial System Ltd (appointed in 2002), Sim Lian Group Ltd (appointed in 2002), Qian<br />
Hu Corporation Ltd (appointed in 2000) and Youcan Foods International Ltd (appointed in 2004), all of which<br />
are companies listed on the SGX-ST. He is also an independent director on the board of Man Wah Holdings<br />
Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr Lee is a member of the Board of Governors of<br />
Hwa Chong Institution, a director and secretary to the board of directors of Singapore Chinese High School,<br />
as well as legal adviser to the Hwa Chong Alumni Association and the Singapore Plastic Industry Association.<br />
He was conferred the Service to Education Award by the Ministry of Education in 2004 and 2010, and was<br />
appointed a member of the Feedback Supervisory panel for 2005/2006 by the Prime Minister of Singapore.<br />
Mr Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hons),<br />
and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008. He is a member of the Singapore Academy of<br />
Law, and the Law Society of Singapore.<br />
