(4) Mr. Wong Soong Kit joined the Group as our Finance Director on 5 June 2011.
Other than Mdm. Lee Moi Hong and Mdm. Tan Bee Loo (see notes 2 and 3 above), there are no other
employees who are immediate family members of a Director, and whose remuneration exceeds S$150,000.
To date, there are no options granted, or outstanding, under the Sheng Siong ESOS (the “Scheme”). Further
information on the Scheme is set out in the Directors’ report section, and the Company’s prospectus dated
4 August 2011.
The Scheme was approved by our shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 July 2011, and
is administered by the RC.
