21 Amen-em-hat-pa-mesha<br />

Bright blue faience.<br />

Intact, but pa<strong>in</strong>t faded.<br />

Crudely modelled. Arms crossed right over left.<br />

Black (now purplish) pa<strong>in</strong>ted details - two hoes, full (but crude) eyes,<br />

eyebrows, solid black wig, longer at back than front; rectangular squarehatched<br />

basket with two wig straps.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>gle column <strong>of</strong> black pa<strong>in</strong>ted text down front, borders to sides <strong>and</strong> top.<br />

Generally good workmanship, but facial features, ears <strong>and</strong> two<br />

moulded hoes not particularly dist<strong>in</strong>ct.<br />

Black pa<strong>in</strong>ted details - full eyes, no eyebrows, solid black wig. Hoes<br />

not pa<strong>in</strong>ted. No basket <strong>in</strong>dicated.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>gle column <strong>of</strong> black pa<strong>in</strong>ted text down front, no borders.<br />
