Bright blue faience<br />

Well preserved, though surface pock-marked.<br />

Workmanship good but modell<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>dist<strong>in</strong>ct.<br />

Black pa<strong>in</strong>ted details - two hoes, open eyes with eyebrows, striated wig<br />

with fillet. Trapezoidal basket with square hatch<strong>in</strong>g, two corner loops<br />

<strong>and</strong> two straps.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>gle column <strong>of</strong> black pa<strong>in</strong>ted text down front, no borders.<br />

Indist<strong>in</strong>ctly modelled <strong>and</strong> virtually no modell<strong>in</strong>g on face.<br />

Black pa<strong>in</strong>ted decoration - two hoes, eyes with eyebrows, headb<strong>and</strong><br />

with fillet. Square-hatched rectangular basket with two shoulder<br />

straps.<br />
