Turquoise faience with some discoloration at front.<br />

Intact. Well preserved.<br />

Well modelled with clear features, though some details now <strong>in</strong>dist<strong>in</strong>ct.<br />

Arms crossed right over left, with tops <strong>and</strong> cuffs <strong>of</strong> sleeves shown.<br />

Wears long curved plaited beard <strong>and</strong> striated lappet wig with s<strong>in</strong>gle<br />

long b<strong>and</strong> on each lappet. In left h<strong>and</strong>, holds pick without cross-bar; <strong>in</strong><br />

right, narrow hoe <strong>and</strong> basket cord. Trapezoidal bag with square<br />

hatch<strong>in</strong>g over left shoulder.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>gle column <strong>of</strong> impressed text down back pillar, no borders.<br />

Intact.<br />

Well modelled.<br />

Pla<strong>in</strong> tripartite lappet wig <strong>and</strong> curled beard. Both<br />

h<strong>and</strong>s hold hoes. Square-hatched trapezoidal seed<br />

basket over left shoulder. Very slight back pillar.<br />

Five l<strong>in</strong>es <strong>of</strong> impressed text around body, no<br />

borders or rul<strong>in</strong>g l<strong>in</strong>es.<br />
