Bright blue faience.<br />

Intact - a few slight chips to front.<br />

Fairly crude, with little attempt at detail. Arms crossed left over right.<br />

Wears medium length kilt with project<strong>in</strong>g apron.<br />

Black pa<strong>in</strong>ted details - short whip <strong>in</strong> each h<strong>and</strong> which hang down upper<br />

arms as far as elbows; simple eyes, the right eye badly positioned over<br />

nose; eyebrows, headb<strong>and</strong> with long fillet.<br />

Blue faience, surface pitted <strong>and</strong> bubbled <strong>in</strong> places.<br />

Re-jo<strong>in</strong>ed at waist; piece miss<strong>in</strong>g from foot.<br />

Relatively well modelled <strong>and</strong> proportioned. Right ear <strong>in</strong>dist<strong>in</strong>ct.<br />

Black pa<strong>in</strong>ted detail - two hoes, simple dot eyes, eyebrows,<br />

headb<strong>and</strong> with fillet, trapezoidal open basket.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>gle column <strong>of</strong> black pa<strong>in</strong>ted text down front, no borders.<br />
