<strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong> Series User’s <strong>Manual</strong> Web Console Configuration<br />
Change Password<br />
Input the “Old password” and “New password” to change the password. Leave the password boxes<br />
blank to erase the password. If the password is erased, then <strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong> will not have password<br />
protection.<br />
ATTENTION<br />
If you forget the password, the ONLY way to configure <strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong> is by using the Reset button<br />
on <strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong>’s casing to “Load Factory Default.”Remember to export the configuration file<br />
using Windows Administrator when you finish the configuration. By using the Import function<br />
of Windows Administrator, your configuration can be re-loaded into <strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong> after using<br />
“Load Factory Default.” Refer to Chapter 6 for more details about the Export and Import<br />
function.<br />
Load Factory Defaults<br />
This function will reset all of <strong>NPort</strong> <strong>5110</strong>’s settings to the factory default values. Be aware that<br />
previous settings will be lost.<br />
