the agreement intends the following division of tasks: Under<br />
licence Hapco will manufacture presses based on the proven<br />
<strong>Siempelkamp</strong> multi-piston design. <strong>Siempelkamp</strong> will provide the<br />
cylinders as well as the hydraulic and electrical controls for the<br />

the charges, the components used for the handling technology<br />
will essentially be made by Hapco.<br />
Hapco will be responsible for the sale of short-cycle presses in the<br />
Chinese market. the company, that has been in the market since<br />
1996, has an excellent reputation especially in Southeast Asia.<br />
International sales will be handled and coordinated by <strong>Siempelkamp</strong>.<br />
Furthermore, <strong>Siempelkamp</strong> will be in charge of maintaining<br />
quality standards.<br />

new collaboration agreement.
