The Group Management Board together with 18 Senior<br />

Vice Presidents forms the Corporate Management,<br />

which is the LEGO Group’s daily management<br />

body. The cross-functional nature of Corporate<br />

Management facilitates collaboration, quick decisionmaking<br />

and clear authority delegation.<br />

Corporate Compliance Board<br />

The LEGO Group also has a Corporate Compliance<br />

Board which is the highest decision board with<br />

respect to non-compliance issues in the LEGO<br />

Group.<br />

The Corporate Compliance Board reviews that:<br />

• external regulation is observed in the LEGO<br />

Group;<br />

• corporate policies and standards are developed<br />

in accordance with the strategic direction, position<br />

and values of the LEGO Group, as well as external<br />

regulation;<br />

• non-compliances to external regulation and<br />

corporate policies and standards are addressed;<br />

• ethical issues are addressed in the spirit of the<br />

LEGO ® brand and values and relevant guidance<br />

for the organisation is available.<br />

The decision making members are the CFO<br />

(Chairman), the General Counsel and the head<br />

of Corporate Affairs. The board has an explicit<br />

obligation to report to the Board of Directors on<br />

compliance matters.<br />
