Nanotechnologies and biotechnologies, wave amplification and many other research
have paved the way for extremely alarming perspectives. Wars and armed conflicts
have large horizons. Among them, we should mention, as they are very present now
and they will probably be present in the future, frontier wars, the war of regular societies
against the networks of traffickers, terrorists and organised crime exponents, the
information, economic, media, psychological and even military war for power, influence,
markets and resources, the unitary or fractal war of the great powers and international
community against terrorism, the dissuasive war against instability etc. Such conflicts
and wars, to which the identity ones added, require a coherent system to monitor and
manage. We think this system is absolutely necessary, as the world is significantly
interdependent and isolated states cannot cope with the current and future challenges
by themselves.
Such a system should be one of the most complex products of RMA, not one among
others, but the essential and final one.
