Metlakatla Development Corp.<br />

• Fairview container terminal, current annual capacity of 500,000 TEUs<br />

• Northlands cruise ship terminal<br />

• Atlin ‘pocket’ cruise ship terminal<br />

• Ridley Terminals Inc., bulk materials terminal with annual throughout<br />

capacity of 16.5 million tonnes<br />

• Prince Rupert Grain Ltd., grain terminal with annual throughout capacity<br />

of seven million tonnes<br />

• Port Edward Harbour Authority oversees extensive series of docks and<br />

marina facilities at Porpoise Harbour (Port Edward) and Rushbrook<br />

Harbour, Fairview Harbour and Cow Bay (Prince Rupert)<br />

• Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway) is only road route into North Coast,<br />

connecting Prince Rupert to Terrace and Prince George<br />
