Writing this Master Thesis would not have been possible and much more difficult
without the support of several people. First of all I want to thank
Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien for granting me a scholarship. Without
that I would have not been able to do this study. I furthermore like to thank
Mag. Robert Maier, who gave me the freedom to choose a topic of my personal
interest for this Master Thesis. I want to thank Ao.Univ.Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn.
Reinhard Haas for the great confidence he had in me. He had the ability to give me
hints and input when needed but let me develop my own ideas and concepts without
restrictions. Furthermore it has to be stated that without the help of my sister,
Mag. (FH) Kathrin Hala-Grünwald, this masterpeace of excel-work including
63 tables and 28 graphs, which I developed on my own, would have never been that
professional and efficient. She provided me with the knowledge of a controller,
taught me important functions and helped me whenever it was necessary to find
creative solutions and procedures to gain results. Now I am an excel expert too. I
want to thank my grandmother Gertrude Schauer, for being my private bank, giving
me an interest-free loan to finance the remaining part of the fees. Thank you to
Ines Glatz-Deuretzbacher and Christoph Glatz as my employers at

the time, showing interest in my study and becoming my friends. I want to thank my

knowledge from the Academic Writing Class – now we both know why it made

25hours hotel, which became my living room during the last months. This place
