these presents bane barga<strong>in</strong>ed granted and sould to tbe [said] Pyncbon<br />

all and s<strong>in</strong>gnler tbe said landes free <strong>from</strong> all Cumbrances <strong>of</strong> Indians provided<br />

tbe said Pjnicbon shall plow vpp or cawse to bee plowed vpp for<br />

tbe said Indians Sixteene Acres <strong>of</strong> land on tbe East'ly side <strong>of</strong> Qiioneticntt<br />

River which is to bee donn sometime next simimer <strong>1654</strong> And <strong>in</strong> the<br />

meane time \'iz tbe pext spr<strong>in</strong>g <strong>1654</strong>. the Indians bane liberty to plant<br />

ther present Come feildes. but after that time they are wholly to leane<br />

that West side <strong>of</strong> the river. And not to plant or molest y*^ English ther.<br />

'•All the said Premises tbe said Ppichon and bis assignes shall haue<br />

and enjoy Absolutely and Clearly forever [<strong>from</strong>] all <strong>in</strong> Cumbrances <strong>from</strong><br />

any Indians or ther come feilds. In witnesse <strong>of</strong> these p'sents tbe said<br />

Indians haue subscribed their markes this Twenty-fowrtb day <strong>of</strong> Seiptember<br />
