Deacon Daniel Rogers Noyes was a merchant, and settled
at Lyme, where he and his wife were living in 1857. They
had six children born at Lyme :

3. Julia Lord, b. 23 Sept., 1833.
4. Daniel Rogers, b. 10 Nov., 1836.

6. Charles Phelps, b. 24 April, 1842. They were allunm.
in 1857.

at Lyme, unm.
5316. Julianna, b. 6 March, 1803, at Lyme, where she was living in
1857, unm.
5317. Lucy, b. 6 March, 1805, at Lyme, where she was living in
1857, unm.
5318. Catherine, b. 7 March, 1807, at Lyme. She married her first
cousin,'Enoch Noyes (5341), second son of Joseph Noyes and
Jane Lord (1825), and d. 25 Nov., 1844, s. u. (See No.
5341.)
5319. Frances Jane, b. Oct., 1810, at Lj^me. She was living at Cleveland,
0., in 1857, unm.
5320. Josephine, b. 12 July, 1812, at Lyme. She married her
second cousin, Alexander Lynde McCurdy (5377), fifth son
of Richard McCurdy, Esq. (1841), and Ursula Griswold
(6024) of Lyme. {See No. 5377.)
VI. Enoch Lord (1821), born at Lyme, Conn., 28 July,
1760, third son of Capt. Enoch Lord (436) and Hepzibah
Marvin, was a great grandson of Elizabeth Hyde (9) of
the third generation. He m. 3 June, 1790, Esther Durfey
of Xew London, b. about 1772. They settled at Lyme,
where she d. 8 Feb., 1814, aged 41 years.
His children hy her were :
5321. Thomas Durfey, b. 17 Feb., 1792, at Lyme. He m. Caroline
Bulkley of Lyme, and was living at Canton, 111., in 1857.
5322. William Marvin, b. 21 Dec, 1806, at Lyme. He m. Cathe-
rine Howe, and was living at Stonington in 1857, s. p.
5323. George W. Lee, b. 13 Sept., 1808, at Lyme. He m. 5 March,
1839, Emely E. Moore of Lyme, and was living at Canton,
HI. in 1857.
5324. Phebe, b. 12 Jan., 1794, at Lyme. She m. Lucas; he
died, and she was living at Auburn in 1857.
5325. Sarah Read, b. 12 Feb., 1796, at Lyme. She m. Matthew
Marvin, and was living at Norwalk, 0., in 1857.
