the processes start in the surface layers at the same temperature regardless of the heating rate. However, the heating rate influences the starting temperatures inside the sample. We obtained interesting results, as Fig. 7 shows. The curves are strictly dependent on the heating rate. If the heating rate is slow, the liberation of the physically bounded water finishes sooner than dehydroxylation starts.
