Acknowledgement This Forfás study on Services Innovation was developed from an earlier scoping study. The Scoping Study 99 provided the basis for the current in-depth policy study on innovation in service innovation, with the aim to identify policy requirements to underpin and stimulate services innovation in companies in Ireland.
