Creating the Vocabulary List using Bookmarks
WYNN allows you to create a new document containing text you
have highlighted or bookmarked. You can use this feature to make
lists of topic sentences, vocabulary words, useful facts, and more.
To create the vocabulary list file:
1. Click the Lists button and choose the type of list you
want to create and how you want to sort it.
2. Choose to list the text by bookmark symbol or by the
order that you bookmarked the text.
• By Bookmark Type - Creates a list of all bookmarked
words or phrases from the original document. WYNN
sorts the text into individual lists separated by
bookmark type.
• By Bookmark Order - Creates a list of all bookmarked
words or phrases arranged in the order they appear in
the original document
3. After selecting the type of list sort, WYNN creates a new
document containing the bookmarked vocabulary words.
The new document uses the initial file’s name, but adds
the suffix –listx, where x is 1, 2, 3, and so on. For
example, Flower Parts-list1.wyn.
