Button Description
WYNN allows you to add notes to any
location in your document. Teachers can
create notes containing messages,
questions, or assignments for students.
Students can use notes to answer the
teacher's questions, create reminders, or
ask questions about the text. An icon
appears where the note is located. To read
the note, double-click the icon. To erase a
note, put the cursor to the right of the Note
icon and press the Backspace key on your
keyboard.
Tip: You can search for notes in the
document by using the Find toolbar button.
When you print your document, all your
notes are printed on a separate page with
the heading Text Notes. To print just the
notes contained in your document, click
the Print button and select the Text Notes
Only radio button.
