unethical behaviors and M sconduct was commited against me but no action wms taken against
this employee who wrote what he want on April 16,2010 eo ibit A26 evaluation and after
police questioned him who msked me to go home not working because l asked him tplease don't
touch me'. Plaintiffwas simply msking him for direction to the teacher's clmssroom at 7:40 am on
April 1 6,201 0 when there was no map provided by sub-coordinator. Aftr I caled tht district the
school administrator refused to come to talk to my department who advised me that (plaintiff
will get paid the $80 even if 1 went home and 1 didn't work this day). But tlzis wasn't the issue
rather it was his unethical behavior then his folowing threat and prevented me from working
after l miected his behavior with respect to let him know that what he did is not acceptable in
order for plnintiff to be avoid similar further behavior or to be prevented from happening again
