later aler he committed unethical eause of action againqt plnintil- on April 16,2010. ln my case<br />

unethical behaviors and M sconduct was commited against me but no action wms taken against<br />

this employee who wrote what he want on April 16,2010 eo ibit A26 evaluation and after<br />

police questioned him who msked me to go home not working because l asked him tplease don't<br />

touch me'. Plaintiffwas simply msking him for direction to the teacher's clmssroom at 7:40 am on<br />

April 1 6,201 0 when there was no map provided by sub-coordinator. Aftr I caled tht district the<br />

school administrator refused to come to talk to my department who advised me that (plaintiff<br />

will get paid the $80 even if 1 went home and 1 didn't work this day). But tlzis wasn't the issue<br />

rather it was his unethical behavior then his folowing threat and prevented me from working<br />

after l miected his behavior with respect to let him know that what he did is not acceptable in<br />

order for plnintiff to be avoid similar further behavior or to be prevented from happening again<br />
