(a)- I offered a science teacher position in 2005 by a middle school principal; l wasn't ready<br />
to have it but I accepted to administrate a part of my research in science education while as a sub<br />
I have no many of timely obligations and responsibility including access to science labs which<br />
closed storages with tremendous tools and scientiGc equipments never used including expensive<br />
microscopes in their plastic bags as a brand new but covered with dust. 1 reported a1l facts and<br />
provided feed back. These points was previously reported in my project which how we can tlse<br />
this space and these tools with no costs to expand and apply life and space science according to<br />
science education standards to provide true opportunity for these young generation to explore and<br />
to discover Ilnknown universe th d ience curriculum for my<br />

students who their academic levels retlected 2 nd elementary<br />
mentality / and or academic level<br />
many of them hms no even any idea about bœsic science as l know this facts previously when l<br />
visited a1 academic levels.<br />
(b)- Therefore my focused is to prepare and implanting my project in science. I refused to do<br />
as some teachers does when 1 become a responsible teacher about these students education and<br />
grade in each semester also to complete my research accurately.<br />
1 started to adminislate the correct cunicullm and teaching style to cope with these students<br />
need. l used a basic science books and specitk specialized reference boolts plus specitk science<br />
dictionary as colections materials from dilerent resources 1 bought it in my own expenses<br />
dming myjourney in science educational Gled. In addition l wms working over my hotlrs staying<br />
late every day in order to make copies for 120 students daily f'rom assorted scientific books to<br />
accommodate their need and academic level plus spend half of my salary to buy materials as I<br />
made full changes to apply basic science practicaly in a groups. On other side 1 did spend my<br />
week end to contact parents and set an appointment with them l wmsn't syprise aAer l meet with<br />
them when l lind out that most of them foster parents and others who facmg different bnrriers.<br />
(C )- I accepted a full responsibility to start from very beginning in order for them to catch up<br />
step by step in following years to prevent the cycle which will be end with no achievement / and<br />
or low achievement in high school. When l asked for help and permission to make the changes<br />
officialy while I have to demonstrate different assessment based on the basic cuniculum I<br />
provided not regular 7 th grade<br />
science . But the answer by depnrtment head that I have to follow<br />
7* grade science even if is not effective and students wil fail but I have to pass them any way<br />
wltich I refused any other option but to improve teaching and learning and provide suioble<br />
curriculum based on smdents academic level and mentality not current grade level. Therefore l<br />
switched to sub-position when l Enforced to leave on 2005/2006 school year.<br />
A1l these record exist in the district file as a fact when plaintiffrefused to compromised not to<br />
efected students future but it wil be al1 mnnkind future which will increase htmger, dise%es ,<br />
pollutions, suffering and injustice in our temporary life as living organism.<br />
