19- The decision dated April 28.2010 to take me offfrom my current position unfairly and<br />

paralvzed me from getting iob as anv other places was based (m these false six letters plaintiff<br />

never seen or issued on 2006 or plaintiffnever worked in their schools. The defendant action was<br />

extreme wrongful termination which occurred after my request for a better position and salary (<br />

promotion ) to superintendent on Jan. 02.2010 and other request since mv Mraduation on Oct. 31<br />

20007 to instructional staffmg after updatinc mv transcrints while the pervious director failed<br />

even to resnonse exhibit A 49 . Also for any other accommodation especially after my B.S. in<br />

science and M .S. in management and administration which can manage diferent other positions<br />

and department in snme employer. My request was reasonable and fair obligation protected by<br />

law to reflect my qualifications and experiences for 10 years with same employer. Also<br />

instructional staffing and human resources continued to convincing and influencing me that they<br />

will hwestigate the issue and they wil send me a copy from these false evaluations letters and<br />

they wil review my file for (promotion) til the fair on Oct. 05,2010 when the new discovery<br />

indicated something else for another new horrible hate crime. While plaintiff request was very<br />

simple and easy to handle by granted or denied my request to let plaintiffmove on and seeking<br />

justice l didn't enforce respondent to provide fair salary and position but I asked for a copy 9om<br />

evaluations required as a mater of law. But aûer al these false allegation and false advices by<br />

the new director's staff and without knowing about these evaluation leters in order for plnintiff<br />

to tmke further step to protect her career. They left plaintifrparalyzed waiting as plaintiff trusted<br />

them til the discovery of the Job fair on Oct. 05.2010 and a1 promises was untrue and made to<br />

pmss the time to flle charge but God guided plaintiff at the right time.<br />

20- Their excuse for delaying any response or send these evaluations letters was because<br />

hlman resources stated that lthe director Mrs./ Becki Brito who wrote the termination decision<br />

on April 28,2010 is no longer there) and the new director Mrs./ SuKan Rockleman is busy while<br />

the new school year 2010/2011 started on August, 2010 and she is overwhelming and she will<br />

review my file to solve the mntter). But plaintiffsil need a copy from these six false leters<br />
