Please be advised that 1 send several requests in writing requesting access to my entire t5le completely and<br />
any record related to this matter fkom any resources. The issue was the costs ofthe record as my letter dated<br />
1 1/06/ 1 1 explained the reason why 1 can't pay the costs copy attached again. The conclusion and after my phone<br />
eommunication with you and your staff Mrs./ Crystal on Nov. 08 also before you stated that you will send me my<br />
employer response only free of charge but yet l didn't receive it. ln addition l'm still requesting to come to your<br />
offsce and review my entire full Gle befbre the end of90 days from your decision in the case. Also 1 need to know<br />
how mueh the cost for the rest of the documents excluding the ones you will send and any documents fsled by me<br />
in this file because 1 have it in lny record.<br />
Also the langtlages you did use for our phone conversation is not acceptable and l can't understand such language<br />
as you infonned me that lyour employee has no time to do a babysitter for me and to stay with me for more than an<br />
hourl in order for me to review my file. Also you stated that .tl have to be very ilI to alow me to have access to my<br />
filel . 1'm disappointed to such langtlage which is not acceptable and not professional especialy when this diftkult<br />
circtlmstances occtlnul for people who work hard with expensive costs for tlwir education which take their tmtire<br />
Iife then irresponsible people who want to cover their crimes and wrong doing committed such hate crime through<br />
misleading the system by committing their discriminatory action to leave them laomeless and helpless to defend<br />
themselves in justice systcm.<br />
Therefore please send me my employer response as you did agree with as will as the costs fbr the rest ofthe record<br />
if 1 have to pay fbr it how much will be ? and time and date i1 order tbr me to come to your oflsce to review the<br />
entire complete t5Ie as soon as possible with careful attention to the time Iimitation according to FOIA and EEOC<br />
regtllations at 29 C.F.R. Part 16 10.<br />
