26- Defendant action asking me to leavejob fair and stopped the hiring process at signature<br />

hiring. New director's action was to eliminate my present in the job fair while the complete<br />

hiring process and decision in this day operated by many schools staff members who positivcly<br />

evaluated me for long years. My employer didn't considered the facts for these schools who<br />

appreciate my work and atendnnce nor my education and qualilkations with valid teacher<br />

certification and Master degree in management and administration for educational leadership .<br />

This action enforced respondent to send these false letter and after 1 send my urgent emotional<br />

message next day on Oct. 06,2010 exhibit - A 54. Plaintiffin these exhibit wrote her name<br />

mistakenly wrong as she only heard it by her staff'as never formally presented to plaintiff .<br />

27- The delay wms to 1et me lose my right to file a charge according to the time limitation<br />

statute to lile charge. My employer hms a ful responsibility about these few individlnl's staf<br />
