Other Male individual have sought this position and have hnrtn hired at a higher pay rate. I was sent to
schools getting Iower pay rate where other employees were sent to diferent Khools earning more than
mysei. On A7r1 28, 2010, I was advie by Respondent that my name had been removed from the
approved Iist of substitute teachers. 1 bave sent various complaint Iehers re arding this incident to no aval.
On Octo- r Q5, 2010, while a% nding a Public Job Fair held by Broward County Schools, I was informed
that I had to Ieave and could not apply for any open positions by Director for Instructional Stafsng Susan
Rx kman. 1 O lieve Ms. Rockman wanted younger individuals who were fresh graduates. l believe that the
aeve incidenl have = ure in an effod to keep me from obtaining gainful employment.
ll. The reason given for my name being remove from the approved list was that I had six negative
eMaluations yet, this is untrue. No resK nse has hrtrtn given to my inquiries for my Iack of promotion.
11. I believe that I have been discriminated against on the basis of my SefFemale, Age/M , National
Origin/Middle Eastern, and Religion/Muslim, in violation of Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1* 4, as amended,
the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and The Equal Employment Act of 1963.
