Konflikt mit HAGAP
Wir geben hier die Position des Vorstands zum
gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt wieder und stellen unsere Sicht der
Dinge in der Hoffnung dar, dass in einer offenen und fairen
Auseinandersetzung mit unseren griechischen Kollegen
Transparenz entsteht.
In der griechischen Oberstufen-Ausbildungsgruppe war im
Dezember 2009 ein Konflikt aufgetreten, der bis heute nicht
geklärt werden konnte. Aufgrund der Auseinandersetzung
über ethische Grundfragen, wurde in der Oberstufengruppe
die Zusammenarbeit mit der Ausbildungsleitung von Teilen
der Gruppe aufgekündigt und es kam zu einer Spaltung der
Gruppe und des Leitungsteams. Im Hintergrund dieser
Auseinandersetzungen standen die Kollegen von HAGAP,
mit denen der Konflikt offen angesprochen, aber nicht
geklärt werden konnte. Dies führte von unserer Seite zu
einer Unterbrechung der Ausbildung, in der Hoffnung die
unterschiedlichen Auffassungen zu klären und die
Kooperation weiterhin zu gewährleisten.
Anstrengungen mit HAGAP diesbezüglich zu verhandeln
sind von unserer Seite in vielfältiger Weise unternommen
worden: Eduardo Verdú ist im März/April zu Gesprächen
nach Athen gereist. Dieser Mediationsversuch wurde
aufgrund einer Empfehlung der vom Vorstand angerufenen
Ethikkommission durchgeführt. Leider hat HAGAP
unserem Kollegen, Giorgos Chaniotis der für die
Psychodramasektion in Hagap zuständig ist, das Mandat zur
Verhandlung entzogen. Die Mediation brachte keinen
Erfolg, so dass es bei der Spaltung der Gruppe blieb. Auf all
unsere Angebote, die Ausbildung beider Gruppenteile
unabhängig voneinander zu beenden wurde von HAGAP
nicht reagiert.
Unklar blieb darüber hinaus, auf welcher vertraglichen
Grundlage die Ausbildung erfolgte, welchen vertraglichen
Verpflichtungen PIfE zu genügen habe. Die
Auseinandersetzung darüber fand in einem Schriftwechsel
mit rechtsanwaltlicher Unterstützung mit dem Ergebnis
statt, dass PIfE die Zusammenarbeit in der Ausbildung mit
HAGAP mit Wirkung vom 30. 9. gekündigt hat.
Kongress 2011
Ein anderer heikler Punkt war und ist der Kongress 2011.
Hier hatte die MV in Vilnius mit großer Freude den
Vorschlag des Vorstandes, den nächsten Kongress in
Griechenland durchzuführen, aufgenommen. Im Frühjahr
2010 erschien es fraglich, ob angesichts des massiven
Konflikts der Kongress tatsächlich in Griechenland
abgehalten werden könnte. Die Vorbereitungen wurden
unterbrochen. Bei seiner Sitzung im September 2010 in
Berlin beschloss der Vorstand, dass der Kongress 2011 wie
geplant in Griechenland stattfinden sollte; von Seiten des
Vorstandes wurden dazu inhaltliche Vorgaben gesetzt.
Dieses Angebot wurde bereits unter Zeitdruck unterbreitet.
Ende November erreichte uns ein Programmvorschlag und
eine Kalkulation von unseren griechischen Kollegen. Die
Kalkulation hätte nach Einschätzung des Vorstandes ein

I will explain the position of the executive board at the
present time and give our view of matters in the hope that
transparency ensues after an open and impartial discussion
with our Greek colleagues.
A conflict arose in the Greek advanced course education
group in December 2009, which to this day has not been
clarified. Discussions involving fundamental ethical questions
and events that occurred led to part of the group terminating
the cooperation with the education course leadership,
resulting in a split of the group and the management
team. The background of these problems involved the colleagues
from HAGAP, with whom the conflict has been
openly discussed but never clarified. This led to a break
down in the education on our part in the hope of clarifying
the various problems and eventually continuing the cooperation.
On our part great efforts were made to mediate with HA-
GAP and address this problem: Eduardo Verdú travelled to
Athens in March/April for discussions. This mediation
attempt was the result of a recommendation from a meeting
of the ethics commission called by the executive board. Our
colleague Giorgos Chaniotis, who is responsible for the
psychodrama section of Hagap unfortunately had his mandate
for negotiation withdrawn by HAGAP. The mediation
was not successful and the group remained split in two.
There was no reaction from HAGAP to our repeated offers
to complete the education with both parts of the group independently
from each other.
It remained unclear on what contractual basis the education
was conducted and what contractual obligations the PIfE
had to satisfy. Discussions about this took place through
correspondence and with legal support, resulting in the PIfE
terminating the training and education cooperation with
HAGAP with effect of the 30.09.
Congress 2011
Another delicate point was and is the congress in 2011.
Here the GM (general meeting) in Vilnius was happy to
adopt the suggestion of the executive board to hold the next
convention in Greece. In the spring of 2010 it looked questionable
(in view of the serious conflict) whether the convention
could actually be held in Greece. The preparations
were interrupted. During a meeting in September 2010 in
Berlin the executive board decided that the 2011 convention
should take place in Greece as planned, but under certain
specific conditions :
This suggestion has already fallen victim to the pressure of
time. At the end of November we received a programme
suggestion and a financial assessment from our Greek colleagues.
In the opinion of the executive board the plans
represented too much of a financial risk - The PIfE would
