Turning now from the ethical side of the problem
to the scientific, let us see what happens as the
consciousness of man remounts from the lower
animal-self toward the spiritual soul; from the
physical toward the higher planes.
We have shown Mind (Manas) to be the connecting
link between the "Upper Triad" and the "Lower
Quaternary." When man has once passed the plane
of Savagery in his evolution. Mind becomes more
and more apparent as the battle-ground of his evolution.
