1.0 INTRODUCTION<br />

An Induced Polarization Survey has been completed on the<br />

Lightning River Property in Lamplugh Township, <strong>Ontario</strong>. The<br />

exploration program was partially funded by the <strong>Ontario</strong> Mineral<br />

Incentive Program (OMIP). The geophysical ground program was<br />

designed to locate the North Branch of the Destor-Porcupine Fault<br />

and to investigate the alteration zone with low but anomalous<br />

gold values in diamond drill hole No. LR-87-1.<br />

2.O PROPERTY<br />

2.1 Claims<br />

The Lightning River property consists of 41 contiguous, nonpatented<br />

mining claims located in Lamplugh Township in the Larder<br />

Lake Mining Division of Northeastern <strong>Ontario</strong>.<br />

The claims appear on claim map M-358 and are shown on Figure 2<br />

and are numbered as follows:<br />

L-856372 to L-856398 inclusive<br />

L-856663 to L-856676 inclusive<br />

The claims total 1640 acres or<br />

in the name of Seal River Explorations Limited.<br />

663 hectares and are registered
