The property lease is a non-cancellable lease with a minimum five year term, with rent payable monthly in advance.
Contingent rent provisions within the lease agreement require that the minimum lease payments shall be reviewed in
accordance with the lease agreement. An option exists to renew the lease at the end of the initial term.
