31 December, 1920, either of the
contracting parties shall be authorized
to terminate the present
agreement by giving one year's
notice.
Article 18.'
This agreement shall be ratified.
The ratifications shall be
exchanged at Berlin as soon as
possible.
In witness whereof the plenipotentiaries
of both parties have
signed the present agreement and
affixed thereto their seals.
