5.30 Figure 11 summarises the links between<br />

the vision, high level goals, strategy and<br />

outcomes. The following chapters set out in<br />

more detail the proposals to strengthen the<br />

economic and regulatory framework (chapter<br />

6); to invest in measures to put the country on<br />

to a more sustainable path for managing its<br />

waste (chapter 7); and to enhance funding and<br />

delivery structures (chapter 8).<br />
