Research Differences in Mobile Service Perceptions It explains the combined effect of Net-work quality, Customer support, Data services, Economic value, and Emotional value over the loyalty. As the value of Adjusted R 2 for staff is greater than the value of Adjusted R 2 for students therefore this regression model is explaining variation in Loyalty better for staff than students.
