Introduction
We coordinate more networks with 86 regional,
municipal points and 1000 end users.

We have too a regional network with 487
partners (Community centres, Universities,
research units, NGOs, local - county, -
regional administration, industrial units,
SMEs, etc).
Our regional network have the aim to
develop and implement of collaborative
information system linking the members of
the real-estate branch of research and
integrating with government information
systems concerning real estate legislature
with the main objective of technological
modernization of SMEs from our region
"Oltenia", increasing safety, transparency
and quality of service, establishing equal
standards within the branch, compatible with
European standards.
As IRC and software developer we are
interested to create a new methodology for
innovation management, and its
supporting platform, to generate new knowledge
from the processing of high volumes of
information, offering a greater automation level
in all its phases, and reducing human
intervention to the requirement definition and
result validation phases.
