Oldham County Dollars for Scholars
Eligibility: Must be an Oldham County
resident, have received a high school diploma
or GED within the scholarship year, have at
least a 2.0 GPA and attend an accredited
in-state or out-of-state college or university
after graduation. Additional criteria listed
under specific programs below. General
essay requirements are explained on the
application page titled “Essay Guidelines.”

with one application.

Arts Association of Oldham
County Scholarship
Eligibility: Must be a graduate of any public
or private high school or a home-schooled
student with a GED; be a resident of Oldham
County; excel in visual art, performance
art, creative writing, photography, graphic
design, interior design, carpentry, or
architecture; submit the Arts Association
essay; plan to attend a 2- or 4-year college or
university, an apprenticeship, or a vocational
school in the arts; and have at least a 2.5
GPA. Portfolio required. Non-accredited
schools are eligible.

High School, North Oldham High School,

financial need. Preference given to a student
attending a Kentucky college or university
and planning to major in math, science or
engineering. Essay required.
