Eligibility: Must be a graduate of any public<br />
or private high school or a home-schooled<br />
student with a GED; be a resident of Oldham<br />
<strong>County</strong>; excel in visual art, performance<br />
art, creative writing, photography, graphic<br />
design, interior design, carpentry, or<br />
architecture; submit the Arts Association<br />
essay; plan to attend a 2- or 4-year college or<br />
university, an apprenticeship, or a vocational<br />
school in the arts; and have at least a 2.5<br />
GPA. Portfolio required. Non-accredited<br />
schools are eligible.<br />
