School graduating senior; be enrolled<br />

or plan to enroll in a full-time course of<br />

study (12 hours minimum) at an accredited<br />

4-year university or community college<br />

or accredited technical school; have at<br />

least a 2.5 GPA; have a parent or legal<br />

guardian who is a Meade <strong>County</strong> RECC<br />

member and whose primary residence is<br />

in the cooperative’s service territory; and<br />

demonstrate financial need, community<br />

and personal achievements, high academic<br />

achievement, and school involvement.<br />
