member of the Hickman-Fulton RECC; be<br />

pursuing enrollment in an acceptable college<br />

or university; demonstrate an excellent<br />

academic record in high school; demonstrate<br />

financial need; and have the capacity and the<br />

inclination to be a serious and enthusiastic<br />

student at a college or university.<br />

<strong>County</strong> Energy directorial district in Boyle,<br />

Casey, Garrard, Lincoln, Marion or Mercer<br />

<strong>County</strong>; plan to enroll in an accredited<br />

educational or training institution; and submit<br />

a brief biography. Based on financial need,<br />

GPA, extracurricular activities, and teacher/<br />

counselor written recommendation.<br />
