This statement must appear on the map with an original signature of the applicant on<br />

every copy submitted for approval.<br />

11.8 Final Plan Supporting Materials. The following items shall be submitted by the applicant in support<br />

of and as part of the final plan:<br />

11.8.1 An application or letter of intent, as the case may be, signed by the property owner,<br />

including a statement that the application is for final approval and clearly indicating which<br />

lots are to be included for consideration. The letter should authorize municipal officials<br />

and representative(s) to enter the property for inspection(s) required by the application<br />

and concisely explain the scope of the proposal. One (1) original and six (6) copies are<br />

required.<br />

11.8.2 All applicable fees as required herein.<br />

11.8.3 Six (6) copies of evidence (usually in the form of a letter) that DEP has reviewed and<br />

accepted the subdivision or land development as an amendment to <strong>Township</strong>'s Official<br />

Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act and<br />

Chapter 71, Administration of the Sewage Facilities Program.<br />

11.8.4 Six (6) copies of as-built drawings, including cross-sections, profiles and other design<br />

specifications for any the following improvements that have been required or installed in<br />

accordance with these or applicable regulations, unless the same have been financially<br />

guaranteed pursuant to § 14 hereof:<br />

11.8.4.1 Streets, bridges or culverts.<br />

11.8.4.2 Storm water management facilities.<br />

11.8.4.3 Water service facilities other than individual on-lot wells.<br />

11.8.4.4 Central sewage disposal facilities.<br />

11.8.4.5 Electric, telephone, gas and cable television service facilities other than those<br />

extensions designed to serve individual dwelling units on each lot.<br />

§ 12 Required Improvements - Generally<br />

<strong>Preston</strong> <strong>Township</strong>, <strong>Wayne</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />

Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance<br />

Physical improvements to the proposed subdivision or land development shall be provided, constructed<br />
