1. Access INFO DEF/NL to review general information on the name list<br />
default record.<br />
2. Clear all windows.<br />

The single column display lists <strong>PNR</strong>s in a single column. A single<br />
column name list display can be easier to read.<br />
4. Ignore the <strong>PNR</strong> and clear all windows.<br />

Optional <strong>PNR</strong> Fields<br />
Optional <strong>PNR</strong> fields include a received from field, remarks, unique remarks,<br />
and form of payment. Optional <strong>PNR</strong> fields can be displayed, modified, and<br />
deleted.<br />
Received From Field<br />
The Received From field stores information in the <strong>PNR</strong> history indicating<br />
who made the reservation or any changes to the <strong>PNR</strong>. The default is P,<br />
passenger, if a received from field is not entered. Modifications to the 6 field<br />
can only be made prior to end transaction.<br />
