1. Add the invoice remark THIS FARE IS FULLY REFUNDABLE.<br />

The entry to change an itinerary or invoice remark begins with 5,<br />
followed by the line number, the change symbol, RM- or IR-, and the new<br />
text.<br />
2. Display the itinerary/invoice remarks field.<br />

3. Change the invoice remark to CHANGES ARE PERMITTED AT NO<br />
ADDITIONAL CHARGE.<br />
4. Delete the itinerary remark.<br />
5. End and redisplay the <strong>PNR</strong>.<br />
